Jargonel Properties is a privately owned family business focused on commercial property investment, management and development.
Our portfolio comprises a mix of industrial, retail and office properties, predominantly located across Auckland. We take a long-term approach to ownership, investing in existing properties and undertaking redevelopment and new development opportunities where appropriate.

The people behind it
Andrew Hay
Andrew joined Jargonel Properties in 2021 following an extensive career in commercial property finance. His banking experience covered a broad range of property sectors and transaction sizes, from smaller commercial and residential developments through to major office buildings, hotels, student accommodation, large-scale residential and land developments, as well as institutional property investment and development, syndicated lending and complex funding structures.
At Jargonel, Andrew is involved across all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, developments, leasing, asset management, funding and capital management. He manages Jargonel’s key banking, professional adviser, property and leasing agent, and wider industry relationships, and is closely involved in both the day-to-day management and longer-term strategic direction of the portfolio.
